*Citizens can speak at an Alabama Public Charter School Commission meeting if there is time on the agenda, and the request is made at least one week in advance of the meeting. The Chairman can rule out of order anyone who speaks to matters not then before the Commission or who act in an inappropriate matter. Speakers must identify themselves and who they represent. Speakers are given two minutes unless the Commission votes to allow a longer time. A person may make a request to the executive director, Mrs. Logan Searcy, at loganwsearcy@gmail.com.
