Round 1 Application Information

Letter of Intent Deadline: February 20, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. (Central Time)

Application Deadline: March 30, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. (Central Time)

Award Notifications: June 5, 2026

*REQUIRED Post Award Meeting for Awarded Applicants: Mid-June, 2026.

Applications must be submitted through Anvilar. No paper submissions will be accepted.

Letter of Intent is REQUIRED. Any application submitted without a completed LOI form will be withdrawn.

Applicants for Round 1 must have a signed charter contract with their authorizer at the time of application.
